Who it fits

Key specs explained for this recliner

Seating Capacity: 3 Seat

This unit accommodates three people in a single row. It is designed for shared viewing in a home theater or game room. You get a continuous surface for family or friends. Compare this to single or two-seat options if you have limited space. The three-seat width fits standard media room layouts while maximizing seating without requiring multiple separate chairs.

Reclining Mechanism: Power

The recline function is driven by an electric motor rather than manual levers. You control the angle with a panel on the armrest. This offers smooth, consistent positioning for napping or watching movies. Manual recliners require physical effort to adjust. Power mechanisms provide precise control and reduce strain on your back when finding the perfect angle.

Headrest and Lumbar: Motorized headrest

The headrest adjusts electronically to support your neck and head. You can raise or lower it to match your height or preferred viewing angle. This feature enhances comfort during long movie sessions. It allows for better alignment of your spine compared to fixed headrests. Look for this spec if you need customizable support for reading or resting.

Center Console: Folding table

A table is integrated into the center console between seats. It folds away when not in use to save space. You can place drinks, snacks, or controllers on it during entertainment. This adds convenience without needing a separate side table. Compare this to units without consoles if you prefer a minimalist look or need more legroom in the center.

Design and Build Details

The CALIVIA unit measures 92.5 inches wide, 39 inches deep, and 42.5 inches high. It weighs 363 pounds. This mass suggests a heavy, stable frame that resists tipping during use. The listing indicates a black finish across the upholstery and frame. You should verify that this color complements your existing media room decor. The three-seat layout provides a continuous seating row. This design suits families or groups who prefer sitting together rather than in separate chairs. The width allows ample space for three adults without feeling cramped.

According to the listing, the center console includes a folding table. This feature offers a flat surface for drinks or snacks. The control panel is mounted on the outboard armrest. You can adjust the motorized headrest, recline angle, and blue LED ambient lighting from this single location. The LED strip runs beneath the seat to create a cinema-style glow. Built-in USB and Type-C ports allow you to charge devices while reclining. The power reclining mechanism operates via electric motors. This setup removes the need for manual levers. You get smooth, consistent adjustment for both seating and headrest positioning. The overall build focuses on integrated convenience for home theater environments.

Setup and Everyday Use Guide

The CALIVIA 3-Seat Power Recliner ships in six separate boxes. This packaging choice means you will handle multiple heavy components during assembly. The total weight is 363 pounds, so you should plan for help when moving parts. The manufacturer notes that dedicated customer service supports this process, which helps if you encounter missing hardware or unclear instructions. Once assembled, the unit requires a standard electrical outlet for its power reclining mechanism and motorized headrest. You do not need a special transformer, but you must keep the cord accessible. Daily operation is managed through an intuitive control panel located on the outboard armrest. You use this panel to adjust the reclining angle and raise or lower the motorized headrest. The headrest offers precise neck support, which you can fine-tune for different viewing positions. You also control the blue LED light strip beneath the seat with this same panel. This lighting creates a cinema-style ambiance that you can adjust to match your mood. The center console features a folding table for drinks and snacks. You also have built-in USB and Type-C ports to charge phones or tablets while you watch. The seat is designed for home theater or game room use. Its 92.5-inch width fits well in dedicated media spaces. You get a continuous surface for three people. The black finish and sturdy frame suggest a stable setup for regular movie nights. You simply sit, recline, and enjoy the integrated features without complex setup each time.

Before You Buy This Recliner

This three-seat unit weighs 363 pounds and measures 92.5 inches wide. You must verify your room can support this mass and footprint. The power recliner requires a standard electrical outlet near the seating area. Ensure you have clearance for the motorized headrest and reclining angle to move freely. The blue LED light strip beneath the seat adds ambiance but may be too bright for some users. You can adjust its intensity via the outboard armrest panel. The folding table in the center console holds items securely but reduces cup holder space. Keep the black upholstery clean with a dry cloth to avoid staining. This model fits best in dedicated home theaters or game rooms. It may feel too large for smaller living spaces. Compare this heavy-duty option against lighter, two-seat alternatives if space is tight. The six-box shipping means you need help during assembly. Plan for extra time to connect the USB and Type-C ports for your devices.

Check before you buy

• Check room width for the 92.5-inch footprint
