Who it fits
Good fit for
This recliner suits buyers who want versatile movement without complex electronics. The glider and swivel functions make it ideal for nurseries, where you might rock a baby and then turn to face the room. The durable faux leather is a practical choice for households with pets, as it resists scratches. Its compact dimensions fit well in living rooms, bedrooms, or offices where space is limited but comfort is needed. The manual operation ensures reliability without reliance on motors.
Who should skip it
You should look elsewhere if you prefer electric reclining with push-button convenience. This model requires manual adjustment, which may be difficult for those with limited mobility. If you need a recliner that locks into multiple intermediate positions, this unit only offers two fixed angles. Additionally, if you require a larger seat width for plus-size comfort, the 32-inch width may feel restrictive. The manual mechanism also lacks the smooth, silent operation of motorized alternatives.
Verdict: The HAOMARKETS Manual Swivel Recliner offers a practical mix of gliding, rocking, and swivel motions in a compact, durable package. It is best for those who value multi-directional movement and pet-friendly materials over electric convenience.

Design and Build Overview
According to the listing, the frame combines solid wood with a sturdy metal base. This construction aims to provide strong load-bearing capacity and stability during movement. The upholstery is faux leather, described as breathable and wear-resistant. The material is noted for being resistant to cat claws, which makes it a practical choice for households with pets. The cushioning uses high-density foam to offer softness while maintaining support. You get a balanced seating experience that does not sink too deeply.
The chair measures 32 inches in width, height, and length, creating a compact footprint. This square dimension allows it to fit into smaller spaces like nurseries or tight living room corners without overwhelming the area. The ivory white finish is one of several color options available. This neutral tone helps the recliner blend into various decor styles, from modern offices to traditional bedrooms. The manual adjustment button on the side lets you control the recline angle. You can tilt the backrest from 100 to 160 degrees. This range supports reading, watching TV, or napping without needing electricity or complex mechanisms. The simple layout keeps maintenance easy and ensures reliable operation over time.
Setup And Everyday Use
The HAOMARKETS manual swivel recliner arrives ready for immediate use. You do not need to assemble complex parts or connect electronic components. The listing indicates a straightforward setup process, allowing you to place the unit in your chosen room and begin using it right away. This simplicity is ideal for those who prefer minimal fuss when furnishing a nursery or living area.
Daily operation relies entirely on manual controls. You adjust the backrest by pulling a lever located on the side of the chair. This mechanism allows the back to tilt from an upright position to a maximum of 160 degrees. You can stop at 100 degrees for reading or extend it fully for napping. The motion is smooth and requires no electricity or batteries.
Movement is handled by a base that supports three distinct actions. You can rock the chair back and forth in a gentle 30-degree arc. You can also glide smoothly across the floor. Additionally, the entire seat swivels a full 360 degrees. This combination gives you flexibility to face different directions or adjust your angle without standing up.
The faux leather upholstery is breathable and resistant to wear. This makes it suitable for environments with pets. The solid wood frame and metal base provide a stable foundation for these movements. You can trust the structure to remain steady during rocking or swiveling. The chair fits well in nurseries, bedrooms, or offices, offering practical comfort through simple, mechanical controls.
Before You Buy This Recliner
This manual swivel recliner fits well in nurseries or living rooms. You should verify that your floor space allows for a full 360-degree turn. The chair measures 32 inches in width and depth. Ensure you have enough clearance for the 30-degree rocking motion. The faux leather upholstery is easy to wipe clean, but you may need a specific cleaner for deep stains. Since the mechanism is manual, you control the recline angle by pulling the side button. This requires physical effort, so consider if that suits your mobility needs. The high-density foam provides support, but you might want a lumbar pillow for long reading sessions. Check the color options, as Ivory White is just one of thirteen variations. This model sits alongside other manual recliners in our guide. It offers more movement options than standard rockers but lacks electronic controls.
